We (husband & wide & son) are all PR and want to buy a resale HDB, ideally EC or Jumbo or EM.
questions:
1. is there an income max eligibility criteria for resale HDB's?
2. do we need to be PR for a min time, i.e. min 3 or 5 years?
3. any other relevant criteria we need to consider?

Hi ,
1)There is no income cap for the Resale HDB.
2)Both the buyers have to fulfill 3 year PR status
3)Another concern is the Ethnic Integration Policy & SPR Quota because some area got Quota restriction.

Evening,

Being SPR buyers for HDB unit, you need to fulfill 3 years on the status. Since you will be taking bank loan, there will be no income ceiling for you. On purchase of resale HDB unit, you will need to understand that minimum of 20% down payment is required, 5% ABSD need to be paid in cash, the ethnic restriction on every block differ and upgrading cost that might be due to you.
