We have a private condo that is currently rented out. Will like to buy a second private condo for own stay. We are currently staying in hdb fully paid. We are Singaporeans age 43. How to go about the transition of working out the sums? Eg. After selling, how much can we draw from cpf OA+SA to finance the 2nd condo? How much cash outflow we need? Loan Amt eligible? Fyi, Selling hdb ($500k) and buying the 2nd condo ($1.3mil)
