We have a HDB flat purchased 10 years ago, and no outstanding loan. We would like to transfer current joint tenancy to sole Owner. my question is : 1) When we restore back of CPF, we could still get some loan? 3) How much loan we could have - just the CPF amount or based on valuation? thanks

Hi, I think what you are suggesting is to do a decoupling/part-purchase for HDB property which is not allowed except for some very special cases. Ownership of HDB must fall within one of its several schemes. Let's get in touch and I will be able to advise further. Cheers. Zavierzhang.biz@gmail.com / 86662221  Read More
