we have a fully paid hdb flat, want to buy EC TOP at about 2015. Can we fully use cpf OA money? We will sell our hdb flat at the ec TOP time.

Yes, you are able to fully use your OA money to purchase the new EC.

Thanks for your reply, so we don't need set aside the minimum sum required by the CPF rule as this will be the second property purchased? Our hdb was paid by cash + cpf.
