we have 25k cash, 80k CPF O/A, monthly combine income 2k, budget for monthly morgage is $400.00 in cash. 1 is 70 yrs old- no CPF and the other is 54 yrs old both SC.We need 3 rm HDB flat urgently. Please let us know which bank can give us loan and what is the maximum amount.
