We have 150k cpf and 100k cash.Our 80% loaan approved is just 490k.Can we purchase a 710k ec?

Afternoon,

Based on the figures given, you should be able to purchase the unit at $710k. However, with loan approved at $490k, that would means that you are stretching to the max for this property. This might provide a snowball impact when you work out on renovations and furnishing of your unit.
