we bought HDB when both of us are SPR. Now my wife has become a Singaporean, can we still rent the whole HDB flat out? We are not sure is this is allowed because we co own the HDB at that point of purchasing the flat. If we would like ro rent out the flat, what should we do?

Good evening! Yes both of you will be eligible to rent out the whole unit as long as you have fulfilled the MOP and one of you is a SC. You can advertise your property rental on newspapers or free website portals if not you can engage professional real estate salesperson like me.
