we bought a unit at espira residence and recently we noticed that the unit abv us with the same sqft of 786 selling lower by $20K than us. at the time of purchase the agent told us that it is the lowest px available anyone help to explain to me on a} can the sale price for unit abv say 3rd & 4th flr be lower and if so for what reasons' (my agent give reason that discount were given for buyer w more units but we think the discount is way to big for other buyer or is that the normal practice b) is it possible to ask developer for the diff in pricing before the top c) can agent not disclose actual sale px for other units w same flr area at times of sale.

please help to answer my queries as we felt that agent might misled us one way or another ( as $20k is alot of money for normal people like us).
