Hi,

Yes you can purchase another resale HDB. No resale levy as you have not taken subsidy before, however do note 5% ABSD applies for PR purchase, and its best to sell first then buy.

There will be no resale levy as your current flat is not under form of subsidy.

However, do take note that for SPR/SPR family, you will be liable to pay 5% ABSD for your HDB purchase.

Good morning,

As SPR buyers, you will can purchase HDB resale unit as many times as you want as long as the unit that you are holding to is being sold.
However, as SPR buyers, you will be liable for 5% ABSD, payable with cash.

BSD of slightly less than 3% is applicable to ALL residential properties regardless of citizenships or nationalities .

5% ABSD is applicable for p r permanent residents , IN ADDITION to BSD .

In other words , a p r permanent resident needs to pay bsd AND absd which adds up to slightly less than 8% when buying a hdb .

In your case there will NO resale levy to pay when selling your hdb.
