Dear Sir/Madam.
Thank you for reaching out.
Any home owners in Singapore are not allowed to rent out their place(room/ whole unit) for less than 3 months for private property and 6 months for HDB flats.
So for 10 weeks, it is 2 weeks shy of the 12 weeks minimum.
