Hi Susanne,

As both of you are purchasing your first property as SC, you wont be affected by the new cooling measures.

Unless you are purchasing a resale HDB while you are owning a private property, you will subject to 7% but ABSD relief will be provided for joint purchases by married couples with at least one SC. Thus overall effect is nil.
