yes you are eligible to purchase a resale HDB as long as you are not taking hdb loan or grant (both not eligible due to income ceiling).

Where are you guys looking at? Have you speak to a banker in regards to your IPA yet?

Good morning,

Yes it is possible to purchase resale HDB if you are a married couple family entity, and if you are planning to take up a home loan you can only use bank loan. If you own other residential properties in Singapore you are also required to sell off within 6 months.

As long as you fulfil the eligibility scheme, you are able to purchase a resale HDB regardless of income bracket, but may not qualify for any housing grant as well as HDB loan.

Hi,

Yes, as long as you form a valid family nucleus under one of the many HDB Eligibility Schemes, you will be able to purchase a resale HDB flat.

As your combined household income exceeds $14k, you will not be entitled to any CPF Housing Grant. You can however qualify for Proximity Housing Grant if you purchase a flat that is within 4km of your parents/married children place of residence.
