Since you are buying with a singaporean household, you are eligible for CPF grant depending on your household income. However one of your SC son need to be named as the owner of the flat. Although resale levy is not applicable in your case, do note that ABSD of 5% might apply (cam be financed through CPF) since ABSD remission is only allowed for married couples one of which is a SC.
