We are Singapore PR (chinese race) and we are planning to by second hand HDB flats, we have read a lot HDB sales ads in this website, but how can we know if PRs are eligible to buy certain HDB flats? Most of time, the agent do not mention if the HDB flat on sale is open to PR at all!! if not emphasis "PR eligible" means, does that mean Citizen only?

Afternoon Eric,

You can call and ask the seller's agent on the ethnic restriction or check it out on the HDB website. Alternatively, you can engage a qualified salesperson to assist you.
