we are pr couple,41 yrs old, look for hdb resale 4 rooms around choa chu kang or jurong east/west.We have cpf 50k and cash 70k in hand. Can we get 80% loan to buy hdb house and whatelse we need to pay rather than 20% downpayment ?

Assuming a purchase of $450k,
Below is the breakdown of the additional charges:

Valuation: $191.90 (Cash)
HDB Submission: $80 (Cash)
Property Tax: ~$100 (Cash)
Stamp Duty: $8,100 (CPF)
Additional Stamp Duty (5%): $22,500(CPF)
Lawyers Fees: ~ $2,500 (CPF)
Agent Comm (1%): $4,815 inclusive of GST (Cash)
