We are PR and would like to buy the resale flat here. Understand that we have to dispose off the property in oversea. Can we transfer it to our parent or sibling or children?

Morning,

As per current regulation, it is stated that buyer for HDB unit is not allow to own private property. As long as there's no private property under neither of HDB buyer's name, you would have comply with the ruling.
