We are planning to sell our existing 5-room And upgrade to executive flat. We are not eligible for HDB loan and were rejected by few banks already. We need about 55% loan which is around 300K. Our monthly income is S$7,500. At current we have some Outstanding loans in monthly instalments. Anyway to help us to secure a home loan?
