We are married sc.We want to get the best max. home loan.We have a good record history with the bank,If the bank have given the approved amount,Can we still make an appeal to the bank to increase our max loan?

Afternoon,

You can try other banks and hope to get higher possible loan amount. But with the current LTV requirement, most banks should be working on the same note.

If the loan is not enough for your purchase, why not buy something that's within your limit? Stretching to your max might not be a healthy practise.
