We are married sc below 35 years old,2nd timers,sold our flat so no property at hand, with combined cpf of 130k.We intend to purchase a new 3 bedder EC budget up to 800k.How much cash do we need to fork out for downpayment,stamp duty,BSD?

Hi

You only need to fork out 5% cash for downpayment, while the rest will be payable using cpf if enough to cover.
