We are interested to buy the future CCK new EC. But not sure how much loan we can get from the bank?
Our situation is like this:
1. We have a fully paid HDB 4-room flat n jurong west near to MRT.
2. Currently only my husband (age 37)has job with monthly income about 4000. I am looking for job.
3. We have about 100k to 200k cash. cannot use much cpf as need set aside certain amount.
4. We will sell the hdb about the TOP of the EC.
How much loan we can get from bank? 600K or less?
Please help.
