Hi, in a way it is considered so. Because you only need to pay the agent fee on the day of completion date, which is also the day that you be collecting the sale proceeds. Regards Aaron 97308455  aaronchong2774@ yahoo.com.sg Read More

So the commission has already been deducted from the cheque we received on the completion date OR we still have to pay the commission after the cheque has been cleared? Thanks for your reply.
Dear seller, It is not automatically deducted from sales proceeds. Should you engage a private lawyer to do the conveyancing works, then such deduction can be arranged. Otherwise you will need to make special arrangements to remunerate your appointed salesperson on the day of completion. Is there anything else which my HDB resale team of consultants can assist in?
