We are currently PR, staying in our HDB flat for 2 years (of the 5 years MOP). If we renounce our PR, can we sell our flat immediately?

Afternoon Clark,

Upon renounce of PR status, HDB will require you to sell off your HDB unit, most likely into the open market. But do not that Seller stamp duties apply, on top of whatever possible bank charges if you are still within the lock-in period.
