we are both singaporeans married couple,debt free,our combine income is 7k..due to MSR we can only get about 400k loan , we are not able to get the 80% loan for 3 bedder EC..but with TDSR can we still get a 3 bedder private condo?

Good afternoon, Do you know your IPA based on TDSR? If not, maybe can let my panel of bankers to advise you on this. it could be $700k to $800k depending whether how much debt obligations (credit card, car loan etc) do you have. If based on 80% loan of $800k, if you have $200k cash/ CPF, you still be able to afford new 3 bedders private property. Do share more information with me so I can work things out with both of you.
