We are both PRs (Malaysian) and looking for hdb near Bedok/Tampines/Pasir Ris Area. Estimate valuation price + COV = <=$380k. 4 or 5 rooms flats (if possible). Preferable build >= year1995.
Btw, understand that beside COV and valuation price, we will need to pay stamp and legal fees (1% of the valuation price). Any other fees?
