We are both 3 years Singapore PR. If I want to buy HDB ($700K). How much min cash and cpf that I need to have?
Please share the breakdown, such as
Cash DP 5% - $35K
DP CPF 20% - $140K
Stamp Duty? - $xxK?
ABSD 5% - $35K (must cash?) - can we take bank/personal loan for this?
lawyer fee, etc.

Hi,

Congratulations to you for attaining 3 years SPR status! You are now eligible to purchase a resale HDB flat!

Breakdown for a $700k resale HDB flat as follows:
5% = $35,000 (Cash)
20% = $140,000 (Cash/CPF)
BSD = $15,600 (Cash/CPF)
ABSD = $35,000 (Cash/CPF)
Agent, Legal and other miscellaneous fees = total approximate 2-3% (Cash & CPF)

As both of you are SPR, you will need to apply for a Bank Mortgage Loan for your purchase. Legal Fee is around the range of $2k+.
