Dear Ms. Mich Mai, as many of my fellow colleagues have mentioned, yes you may engage more than one agent to market the property for you if you have not signed any exclusive forms with your current sales agent. I do very much agree that you should also limit to only a handful of agents to market for you to better protect your selling interest. However, with many marketing agents may not solve the situation as there are many components when it comes to selling. Things like your unit condition and facing, respective to the asking price. Hi Mich, You may wish to send the salesperson and his company an email to indicate that you will be terminating any form of exclusive agreement but still allow them to market your property before making any move. Also, do pay extra attention to anything you are asked to sign as it can lead to dire consequences. An exclusive agreement form is being prescribed by the Council Of Estate Agent.
