1. Your SPR partner would not be able to contribute to the payment using his CPF as he is not one of the owners of the property.
2. Unfortunately only the legal owner would have the claim to the property.
3. Yes it is possible to structure the purchase in a different manner. Please feel free to contact me so that I can advise you accordingly.
