Have you also fulfilled the 3years SPR? Technically speaking if you are purely doing window shopping, you can start anytime, however, you will need to have your HFE approved before you are able to enter into any transaction. I supposed if you want to have a feel of the market, you can do some light shopping now.

Take note that both you and your Husband will need to fulfill the 3 years SPR requirements.

Once both has met, you will need to apply for a HFE. It will take about 1-2 months for the HFE to be approved. During this time while waiting for the HFE, you may wish to start your house viewings.
