We are a couple planning to buy resale HDB flat in Punggol.
Budget - 400-450 K
Singapore PR (I am a PR for 8 years and my wife recently got her PR).
Please advise if we are eligible for buying resale HDB immediately or if there is a waiting period as my wife recently got her PR.

You have to wait for your wife to reach 3 years before you can buy a resale HDB flat based on the current regulation.

Your wife would need to be a PR in Singapore for at least 3 years to be able to purchase a Resale HDB. Read More
