1) It is really amusing to see this question because this inquiry should be posted to HDB instead of asking here.
2) If you had read the HDB link regarding buying process:

You will notice that it is indicated HDB will respond within 14 working days.
3) You may check the progress at HDB resale Portal, the link is provided on the website.
4) We had noticed there is a delay from HDB response lately. Thus suggest putting up this question with your and the seller's resale submission date, and OTP number for HDB to check on the progress.
