wat the difference from buying private from developer and agent?

Hi Mr Toh;
There is no difference when you purchase a unit from developer or agent when it comes to new projects.If you walk-in to the showflat,you will be served by an agent.The price that you get is the price that is set by the developer and the agents DO NOT marked up the price or charge you commission.I have a few new projects at District 15/16 as well as District 19/20..
