Hi,

I believe Pasir Ris One has only a limited few number of units, would you still be keen if you can't get your ideal unit? Whether contra is possible depends on whether you are taking hdb loan, and subject to HDB approval. May I have more details so to make better recommendations? Thanks and hope to hear from you again.

The question is have you started marking your unit for sale?

Reason being in this current slow moving resale market and with huge supply of flats, I will strongly advise my client to sell first before committing to a purchase.
