I am unsure where you are coming from in this enquiry. I have sold units at 1 single viewing not once but on multiple occasions.

In such instances, sellers are usually realistic about their selling price and have already done their sums financially such that when the offer comes in despite being the first viewer, they readily accepts the offer if it meets their expectations.

I have also met countless sellers who are expecting more than the realistic price that even when an offer comes in slightly above the market pricing but under their expectations, they refuse to budge and only to witness the prices slide down as the market moves.

That would be dependent on the offered pricing. If the buyer offers at very good pricing, above the average transaction price of your estate, it might take a long while before you can get another better offer. However, there are always exception, depending on your unit location.
