Understand that SG PRs have to dispose overseas private properties within six months after purchasing of HDB. May I know how HDB define the private property? It seems this refer to overseas private residential as shown in application form. Please advise

Yes any form of local/overseas residential property need to dispose after getting resale hdb. Thanks and hope to assist further.
