Under the singles scheme, can i apply for CPF Housing Grant to purchase an EM/EA? The scheme's $5k income ceiling applies to up to 5 rm resale. Does this mean i cannot qualify for grant for buying EM/EA if my gross mthly pay is more than $5?

Hi, if your salary is more than 5k, then there be no grant for you. I have a Fire Sales unit at Senja Road. It is a EA with 4 bedroom. The last valuation was 645k and now seller is willing to let go at 540k. Pls feel free to let me know if you wish to view.
