Key in all the details accurately and you will then know if you will be eligible to purchase a BTO or resale flat. Hope the above helps.

Yes, you're eligible to purchase a HDB flat together with your Singapore son under Public Scheme. There is no need to seek approval from HDB to purchase the flat.
