Hi,

1) To get the maximum 75% mortgage loan for any residential property is not only dependent on your monthly income but also on your credit assessment.
2) By right if you only have an outstanding HDB loan then you wouldn't need to worry too much.
3) Most cases that couldn't get the 75% mortgage loan is because their credit rating is not at the highest ranking, or they have other outstanding loans such as car loan, credit card loans, owning too many in-active credit cards, etc.
4) The best way to ascertain your loan limit is recommended to approach one or more banks to do an IPA to confirm.
5) I can recommend a few if you need them.

Hope the above answer your main concerns, but if there are more query, please feel free to contact me at 90110636  , or email: ling.ck7@gmail.com if more information is needed.
I'll be glad to assist.

Best regards
