Good morning,

Yes for bounce out EC units, HDB eligibility conditions have to be met. ($16k income ceiling per month, no private property, SC and SPR married couple, no more than 2 subsidized housing taken)

Do note, you may need to pay a resale levy and make sure to understand the conditions after owning the EC.
