It will be recommended and advisable to seek for an in principle approval first so you will have an idea how much loan you can obtain.

It will be worse to lose up to 25% of your booking fee if you realised you are unable to take up desired loan quantum.

Hi Mr. Loh,

It is advisable to get a valid in-principle approval (IPA) loan amount first before doing any booking. 25% of booking fee will be forfeited should you decide not to exercise the OTP, if say for example you can't get enough loan.
