To Bk Merah Speacilists, if to sell, what will be the realistic asking COV based on current mkt condition for a 4 rm, 5 yrs old redhill flat (just opposite redhill MRT). High flr unit and very well-kept (designer decor)?

Dear Sir/Madam,

With respect to your question, it would be ideal if we can make arrangements to take a look at your unit before advising you on the realistic COV to ask for.

You can actually read the latest news report on Channelnewsasia today that a typical 4room unit has the COV to be about $20k, however, I believe that since you mentioned that your unit is high floor with designer decoration and well kept, it is possible to fetch higher COV.

    tks. if u read carefully, the press rept cited non-central areas like sembawang &Jurong where 4 rm & smaller dropped to abt $20k COV. heard from other repts that the non-central arears like Yishun, Sembawang, Jurong & etc have dropped quite a lot. However prime central HDB areas near MRT where supply is limited is still holding up well though COV has moderated a bit.
