this is my 2nd subsidised flat. I will be downgrade to 4 room flat. Can advise me on any levy to pay if i am buying from open market? and any other costs needed?

Afternoon Tricia,

To purchase resale unit, you can take a bank loan and you are not required to pay any levy.
You need to pay for the standard stamp and legal, salesperson comm and misc admin charges.

Hi Tricia,

Since you intend to buy from open market, you are not required to pay resale levy.

Other costs involved are:
1) Stamp duty.
2) Legal fee (will be subsidized when taking bank loan).
3) Agent's commission.
