This is a little complicating. Please bear with me abit. Currently, I co-own a flat with my dad and my MOP will be in Nov this year. As I just got ROM, I would like to get a new place with my husband. The problem is that my husband still co-own his flat with his ex-wife. The court agreed to let his ex-wife and daughter lives in the flat for a year until end of this Dec due to her PSLE. We are deciding to transfer my ownership of my share to my sis. However, my sis does not have enough CPF to take over my share. Bank is not interested in offering such a small loan and HDB not approving the loan. What is the best move we should take now? Any ideas is appreciated.

Hi Ms Ng,

Thanks for posting in Propertyguru.

Actually it is not really that complicated. I have dealt with similar cases like this before. After reading your post, I do have a couple of questions that I need to ask you so that I can better advise you.

May I request for you to contact me so that I can advise you personally? I have served quite a number of clients and I have also experienced quite a number of different cases so I think I will be able to give you some sound advice. No worries as there are no obligations at all and we can just take it as a chat.

Looking forward to hear from you soon! Thanks.

Best Regards,
