Thinking of buying a new condo which will take a few years to build, but our OA account is short of $70k for the 15% down payment. How?

Hi,

There is no 2 ways about it, you'll either have to top up the shortfall by cash or check with your financial planner to withdraw CPF OA investment ( if any ).

Worst case get a loan from you family.
