There are so many agents from many property agent companies. How should I go to evalaute them? Any parameters or indicators that I should look at it?

Hi Mugen,

This might sound unorthodox but I would advice you to based it on your gut feel.

There are not hard and fast rules of determining if the salesperson you are working with is looking at fast buck or long term working relationship.
