There are a set of criteria which you need to adhere to. But important thing is you cannot own any property back in your country, if you or husband do own, then both of you are not eligible to purchase resale HDB flat.
is this true???

You can purchase resale HDB, but you will require to sell off your overseas property once you take keys of your HDB.
