Yes as SPR household who are purchasing a resale HDB, you have to dispose off the interest of your overseas residential property within 6 months from completion date.

If you have intention to hold on to it, I will advise you to appeal first before committing.

Afternoon,

For SPR buyers, it is a requirement that they do not hold any existing residential properties under their name. You will be required to remove the ownership within 6 months from date of key collection.

Hi, I'm afraid for your situation, you will have to transfer the ownership to your parents upon purchasing a resale HDB unit in Singapore.
