Asked by
The scenario is that I am staying in my condo and renting out my HDB, with approval.
As my HDB is more than 20 years old and if there is an en-bloc exercise on my HDB, am I still eligible to get / buy a replacement HDB.
I understand that at present, there is a rule that states condo occupier could no longer buy another HDB………

Appreciate if you could clarify.

With regards,
Chris Yoon.

Hi Chris,

You are eligible provided you sell you condo 30 months before signing on the Sale & Purchase Agreement of the new HDB flat.

Thank you very much!
