The recent release of HDB balance flat has got a unit which is the same blk and level as my house and the price asked was about $380k for 4 room flat.may i know what would the rough valuation be?i intend to sell off my flat after the MOP which will be 1 year later,thus iam checking on the rough valuation for the current market.thank you.
