The regulation disallows agents from collecting commission from both landlord and tenant. We are only able to collect from 1 side. In this case, is it because the landlord is unwilling to pay the commission since it is only for 6 months extension therefore the agent is collecting from you?

Hi,

It is a serious offence for any agent collecting commission from both parties namely the landlord as well as the tenant.
