Afternoon JJ,

Your salesperson should your first line of defence for you to turn to. Before you sell your unit to your current buyer/s, the agreement should have being made. Hence it should be within your timeline calculation.
Under HDB ruling, as per checklist, sellers and buyers are not allow to have any personal agreement, other than the standard procedure.
As for CEA ruling, we are only there to facilitate the process.
Hence it would be prudent for your salesperson to assist you as they would know your case better.

Hi JJ,

If your buyer is doing contra, then all your appointments will be on the same day. Basically, we should not allow any early shift in or extended stay and this is also not approved by HDB.

We do not know who your buyers are and of course if it so happens that anything happens in your house in between the 1st Appt and 2nd Appt, you might be implicated as you are still the rightful and legal owner of the house during that time.
